Housing and Property Law Partnership (HPLP) is a law firm offering experienced legal services in all areas of property law. We are also accredited with Lexcel, the Law Society's practice management standard given only to solicitors who have implemented approved quality management systems and high levels of customer care.
On 5th December 2011 Housing and Property Law Partnership Solicitors was awarded a prize at the Solicitors of The Year Awards 2011/2012 hosted by News on The Block. This was in recognition of HPLP’s expertise on advising clients on buying their freeholds and extending their leases. Out of applications being made by many firms of solicitors nationally, Housing and Property Law Partnership was selected as a finalist (a short list of 7 firms) and then judged as being in the top 3 firms and awarded the 'Highly Commended' award in leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions, service charges, and property management law.
On 24 May 2012 this firm came second in the country in the National Enfranchisement (freehold purchases and lease extensions under the 1993 Act) and Right-To-Manage awards 'The ERMAs') and was 'Highly Commended'. The awards were sponsored by News on The Block and Barrister Chambers - Tanfield Chambers.
