LONDON-BASED HOUSING AND PROPERTY LAW SOLICITORS

Who We Are

Housing and Property Law Partnership (HPLP) offers legal services in all areas of property law. We represent housing associations and other social landlords, property managers, managing agents, private landlords and individuals involved in a variety of housing and property transactions and disputes across London and South East England.

From residential property disputes to housing management issues to commercial property matters, our solicitors explain complex legal matters in plain English and use their expertise to secure the best possible outcome on behalf of our clients.

Our solicitors have the experience, resources and legal skills to provide individual solutions to meet your needs, and to pursue and protect your interests in a range of legal areas. We are accredited by the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP) for providing experienced guidance for those wishing to buy their freeholds or extend their leases. We are also accredited with Lexcel, the Law Society's practice management standard, which is given only to solicitors who have implemented approved quality management systems and high levels of customer care.

In 2012, HPLP came second in the National Enfranchisement and Right To Manage awards and was "Highly Commended." The awards were sponsored by News on the Block and Tanfield Chambers.
