Chiara Gorodesky
Chiara qualified as a solicitor in November 2002, after obtaining a Bachelor of Laws and completing the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in 2000. Her training was at Pitmans in Reading, dealing with a variety of property and commercial litigation matters for almost 2 years post qualification.
Chiara then decided to move to London and became an assistant solicitor at Salans dealing with a variety of small and very large-scale property disputes, including service charge and disrepair disputes. Chiara joined Housing and Property Law Partnership in December 2005. Most of Chiara’s case load consists of private clients, both leaseholders and freeholders. She is Honorary Consultant at FPRA (Federation of Private Residents’ Associations) and TAROE - The Tenants and Residents Organisations of England. Chiara deals with all contentious property issues.
