Mark Eaton
Mark qualified as a barrister in 1989. He converted to become a solicitor in 1994. Mark has experience in all areas of residential property litigation including:
- Trusts of land
- Restrictive covenants
- Boundary disputes
- Leasehold disputes
Mark has a particular interest in social housing and has been involved in a number of particularly difficult anti-social behaviour cases. Mark regularly provides training in Housing and Leasehold Law.
Outside work, Mark enjoys rugby (though only watching nowadays), music and history.
