Shamin Kashem
Shamin obtained an LLB (Hons) Law degree from Oxford Brookes University. After completing his LPC at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice, he qualified as a solicitor with Henmans LLP. Soon after, he joined Darbys Solicitors LLP where he developed expertise in Leasehold Enfranchisement and Conveyancing. He joined HPLP in March 2009 and specialises in:
- Leasehold Enfranchisement Law
- Lease Extensions
- Residential Conveyancing
Shamin also has considerable experience in the disposal of freehold reversions under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 and is an experienced conveyancing solicitor having featured in the Property Law Journal in 2007.
In his spare time, Shamin enjoys mountain biking, the gym, football and cricket.
