Jan Marzec

Jan qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and advises on property-related disputes of diverse kinds.  He has assisted clients to achieve successful outcomes, at trial and by settlement, in matters such as:

freezing injunctions

trusts of land disputes

commercial lease forfeiture

party wall disputes

breach of covenant claims

probate disputes

 

In his little spare time, Jan enjoys being as physically active as possible and encouraging his children to do the same, not always to their delight.  He speaks Polish and Italian.
