Meena Daddar

Meena joined HPLP in February 2022 where she works in the Residential Conveyancing Department. She has over 11 years experience and deals with a wide range of matters from the very straightforward to the rather complex. She has experience in dealing with:

• Residential sale and purchase of Leasehold and Freehold property

• Shared Ownership

• Right to Buy

• Staircasing

• Remortgages

• Transfer of Equity

• New Builds

• Auction sales and purchases

• Off-plan purchases

• Garage sales and purchases

• Unregistered Property sales and purchase

In the little spare time that Meena has - she has young children and a needy dog - she enjoys travelling and reading. She has recently been elected the Chairperson for the Parent Teacher Association at her eldest child’s school.
