Ash is head of the Property department at HPLP. He qualified as a solicitor in 1993 after articles in the City. Ash specialises in all aspects of non-contentious property law including:

Commercial and residential property sales and acquisitions
Development work
Property Stock Transfers
Leasehold Enfranchisement law

In 2008 Ash was appointed as HSBC Bank’s property law expert for ‘The Property Panel’, a six-part televised and webcast series on buying a first home. He gave practical and legal advice to viewers alongside the Chairman of the National Association of Estate Agents, a Financial Adviser and a Surveyor. Ash is frequently asked to give lectures on property law to property institutions, Registered Providers, Local Authorities and businesses.

He enjoys playing tennis, squash and cricket.
